I did it months ago and to be honest it was at the beginning very boring but I managed to lose 8lb I think. I was exercising like a demon so I put on a bit of muscle.

Hopefully If I lose 8lb this week I will be happy. x

too much grapefruit, not allowed with so many medications...

I liked the filling of the vegan sausage roll, it tasty meaty (oddly) but I did find it stodgy/greasy and couldn’t eat all of it. I don’t usually eat pastry anymore though (due to high cholesterol) so I just think I wasn’t used to pastry anymore.

I can’t eat grapefruit due to the statins I take either.
