Where did you find the skittles?

Yes started a little, I got the Hero and Celebration Tubs from Tesco for £3.50 each and some Twiglets. I have a Christmas cupboard in the kitchen so they have gone straight in there. I also got a cheaper version of a go pro for my middle dd when it was on offer with Amazon.

I save all year for all the Christmas presents but I like to add stocking fillers etc into my weekly shop.
This week I have bought 3 tubs of hero’s (a tub each for the kids) £3.50 each in Tesco.
Last week I picked up 5 gross squishes for my youngest that was reduced to clear 50p each from the entertainer and a bucket & spade set for £1 (to use at CBR 👍&#127995

To spread the cost, we save £100 each month so we have a nice chunk to spend exclusively for Christmas.

We’re going to start our Christmas shopping during our trip in November and finish off when we get home. So excited this year!

Also save £100 a month (always go over though so should save £150!)

I've bought quite a few bits for the kids. Its the adult relatives I struggle with, seem to buy the same every year for them!

I bought ds a Pringles advent calendar today in b&m. Something cool for a teenager though it's only 12 days so he'll have a chocolate one too!

Tesco’s have Terry’s Chocolate Oranges for 75p at the moment. I bought 6 for stocking fillers this week. They aren’t out of date til June 2020. I try to but stocking fillers when I see something suitable, so I’m not panic buying at the last minute. I like to buy my actual present nearer to Christmas.

I have bought a couple of presents in sales. Just have to remember where I have put them. I couldn’t trust us to buy chocolate now though ! I think the shops only discount the treats because they know we will have eaten them before Christmas and then have to buy more.
I save £20 a week all year for Christmas. This should cover presents and food but even this doesn’t go that far now.

I'm well know by family friends and work colleagues for being totally sad when it comes to Xmas shopping. I bought my 1st Xmas pressie on Boxing Day last year. Have all the women sorted but have the usual hard to buy for men to think about. I know what I want for DS -just need to go and buy. Just had to pay for the flights for next August this month so it will be October before I buy anything else. Got loads in the Disney 50% off sale a couple of weeks ago. We have a HUGE family so Xmas costs a fortune so we have to start early and spread it out all year.
