I like m&s paper because it has the grid on the back, I like the quality of it better than Clintons

I normally pick up in the sales but I like M&S wrapping paper as it has the grids on the back so I can cut the paper more neatly! Someone recommended Wilkinson’s wrapping paper and I found that to be good quality.

Clinton’s, m and s and WHSmith are good, I buy the packs of 3 in Clinton sometimes get two packs so then the colours are coordinated. WH Smith are expensive but you usually get 3 for two so it’s about £6 for 3 rolls. I usually start of reallly good and everything matches and by the end just use up what’s left lol. Does anyone remember how their presents we wrapped last year? I can’t

Another fan of M&S' wrapping paper because of the grid on the back!

Another Costco double sided lover here. 2 children so a side each, no need for gift tags. It's lasted years!
I do buy different for everyone else, will look at M&S though as like grids.
I've just wrapped dd's birthday pressies in Asda wrspp9ng paper and that had a grid so the Christmas one might, it was a shiny one and really good quality!

Any chance I can appeal for people to check the paper they use is at least recyclable.

108million rolls of wrapping paper are thrown away in the UK each year (presumably after having been used to wrap presents), less than half can be recycled, less than 15% is.

We have moved to using reusable giftbags tied with reusable ribbon, in this modern world of reduce, reuse and recycle. Kids actually love seeing who will end up with which bag each year, and choosing which one to use for the gifts they 'wrap'. Sometimes gift is also loose wrapped in reusable tissue paper inside bag too to make it less visible if needed.
