Sounds like loads of people on here have used them with non problem but I booked a hotel with the earlier in the year, two months later they called me and said they were refunding my money are they could not honour the price - it was a mistake - a mistake that was still showing available on their website. They said I could either pay the actual higher cost or a full refund 4 days later - I went for the refund after arguing with them about the situation - I won’t trust them again. Looked elsewhere for more than my original booking but less than they were now quoting.

Be careful. In one of the fb Florida groups I follow people have turned up to their hotels to be told there are no bookings for them. They have been trying to contact Love Holidays but to no avail and have had to pay out for another hotel.

We have used Love holidays for other holidays to different places and they have been good.

Yes, it was. The lady is currently in Florida and had to find another hotel herself. It was an option on their emergency number apparently. I've never used them so not sure but there's lots of people saying the same thing too. If you've booked with them email the hotel in advance to confirm the booking. Can't believe they are all making it up!

I just got back on Sat from Orlando - booked our hotel on i-drive through them as were the cheapest (resort fees were excluded but I knew this). No issues at all. Checked in on 27 Sept and out 2 weeks later. On check in had to pay the resort fees as expected - no other hidden fees, hotel as expected bog standard 3.5 star Orlando motel clean, comfortable. Would use them again

Thanks for all the replies and they sound much the same as every travel company, a mixture of good & bad reviews.

It’s still a couple of weeks before I can book my flights so will compare again nearer the time, but am happy to go with Love Holidays if they’re far cheaper than others.

Out of interest how much are the resort fees per night for a 2 bedroom apartment at the Enclave?

We used them for our hotel in Anaheim earlier this month. Best price by a long way and we managed to change the booking twice (first time to shorten the duration as we changed our plans, second time as a different room category appeared that was cheaper and suitable for us) very easily. Based on our experience I would happily use them again.

I used them last year for Las Vegas, but this year BA direct was cheaper!

btw we stayed in the Enclave in 2008, nice room but we had to move twice to get it as the rest were full of broken bits and bobs, ended up with a top floor 2 room, 2 bathroom apt for the 2 of us
