Virgin e-ticket

Booked direct with Disney last week, flying with Virgin. It states on my confirmation email I can prebook my seats once I receive my e-ticket but doesn’t say when this will be. Anyone know how long it usually takes?

Hi I’m going through virgin holidays and I got my e ticket about five weeks before we fly.what did you book on your flight was it economy light, classic ,or delight. If you have picked classic or delight you can book your seats at about a year out

We have booked PE. I’ve tried using my Disney confirmation reference on the Virgin website but it says booking can’t be found so I’m obviously doing something wrong. Think I might need to call Disney and see if they can help

If you contact Disney they will give you a virgin reference number then you can book everything on virgin site.

Remember there's two separate sites, virgin holidays and virgin atlantic, so if it's just flights it'll be the virgin atlantic site you'll need.

You can contact Virgin and give them your details and they will be able to give you the number to book the seats. Use the text service as it saves ringing them and it much easier

Thank you everyone, seats booked for outbound journey. Showing no seats together for inbound so called Virgin and they said some haven’t been released yet but he assured me there wouldn’t be any problem so keeping fingers crossed he’s right
