Excited about Disney
|
End of August
Hello
In the process of rebooking due to Thomas Cook, I have found an absolute bargain but it's earlier than I would normally go on 27th Aug. What can I expect from the weather? I have been June and July, is it usually as wet as then? What are the crowds like then? We don't do Disney, but will be doing all other parks. Will there be halloween decorations up? I'm assuming there will be as I think HHN started on the 9th this year 🤔. Thanks Lisa |

Hi, we have just returned 20/08/-07/09. Yes the Halloween decorations were up.
The weather was quite wet, we had some rain most days (not everyday) it didn’t stop play though, I would go this time of year again. We have been the same time of year and had less rain so I think each year is different. For us May and November have been our drier times of year. We have experienced more rain during June July and August and each trip as been different. |

We go last 2-3 weeks of August regularly and it is hot and humid and it can rain at some point every day but to be honest that's quite nice as it relieves some of the humidity. Doesn't stop us from doing anything but you can get soaked through so have spare trainers for the next day! Gets quieter the last week in August as all schools have gone back other than UK so we like it. If you can stay till into early sept it's classed as low season before labour day weekend (or so a cast member told us) so is a lot less crowded. If you want you can do MNSSHP and food and wine before you come home too.
