ATD hotel booking - is this right?

Hi all,
I had a hotel booking through ATD and flights through TC.
I wanted to push the booking back to 2021 but ATD are telling me that this isn’t possible? Is this right or have I spoken to someone who doesn’t know what they are doing?
I have managed to move dates before hand, I told them that I don’t need to do this until April when 2021 dates come out. I’ve only paid 200 deposit, I just didn’t want to completely lose this.

I suppose it depends on their booking terms and conditions and that may mean that it’s not possible.

Because Disney have different offers at different times of the year and no one knows what they will be exactly until the release, I’m not surprised that an agent is saying they cannot honour the booking for the following year.

I do hope you get sorted.

Thanks - I just thought that if I wait until April to change to the following year then it would just be a case of moving my deposit over.

That’s what I’d think too, as you can do it with other holidays. I plan to do this with a cruise I have booked.

But because Disney do have lots of different special offers, that probably has an impact.

I think it will be a case of waiting as it's not something they can do now as 2021 isn't even on sale. Once 2021's offer comes out, get in touch again and see what they say.
