Pixie Dust required please

Some time ago I had an endoscopy as I was having a large build up of acid and bad acid reflux.

Follow up appointment at hospital yesterday only to be told by doctor I have, what he thinks is a tumour, and needs further investigation/ removal and I've been referred to St Thomas's Hospital, London.

As a single dad with 2 girls who I've raised alone since they were 7 & 4 this is devastating to us as a family.

If you could send me pixie dust and say a wee prayer for me I will be extremely grateful.
