I would look at the restaurants on "restaurant row" in Dr Phillips area near I-Drive. Ruth's Chris steakhouse gets great reviews if you like a good steak. Melting Pot is on our list as its a fondue place and menu looks great - something a bit different too. A family friend went to Eddie V's Prime seafood and really enjoyed it. Not for us as we don't eat seafood really but may be up your street? Seasons 52 is another one on our list as the dishes are seasonal and fresh, also gets great reviews. Obviously there are loads on Disney property but also worth looking outside too

Another vote for Cali Grill brunch - the best meal we had on our last trip!

I know it doesn’t get as much love as some of the signatures in property but I’d suggest Artists Point at Wilderness Lodge. The property is very romantic, the restaurant is quiet with tables nice and far apart, the wait staff have time to spend with you, it’s super relaxed and the wine list is good.

You don’t say what you want to spend, all the above restaurants are nice but if you want a special meal the only place is Victoria and Albert. A meal for two will cost a few hundred dollars.

For an 'extra special disney meal' I woud definitely recommend the Queen Victoria Room at Victoria and Albert - its exclusive (4 tables only), a 10 course meal which is adapted for any specific allergies or dislikes, good to dress up for a change as its expected but we were never made to feel out of our depth or uncomfortable - its not cheap but as a very special occasion it depends on how much you want to pay

California Grill (for fireworks if possible) would be my 1st pick if you are looking for a Disney Vibe.
We loved Jiko so very much at AKL it was such a beautiful restaurant, the ambience is great and the food is superb.
