Getting to Boardwalk for Breakfast ADR

We'll (hopefully) be staying at OKW next January. Thinking of booking a Character ADR at the Boardwalk and then going into Epcot.

What are our options of getting to our ADR? We have no car. Was thinking of Epcot then walking/boat to Boardwalk but am I correct in thinking that world showcase doesn't open till 10 so won't be able to get to the boat.

Advice much appreciated xx

My preferred route would be bus to HS and then walk or boat to BW. If going via Epcot, there is quite a walk from the front gate to International Gateway.

Excellent, thank you. May link it to a HS day in that case. Do you know how early the friendship boats run please?

I think the boats start at 8:30am. It is actually quicker to walk but the boat ride is nice and gentle.

I plan on using uber for adrs outside of the parks.Last time the most I paid was about 10 dollars.Saves the stress and hassle of using the disney transport
