Day Trip to Cocoa Beach

Just wondering if theres much to do at Cocoa Beach. Are you able to rent umbrellas and loungers when there.

We had a day trip there that coincided with a shuttle launch and had one of our best days ever !

The beach is lovely, the water was so warm, like getting into a bath. To be honest most of the day was spent swimming and relaxing on the beach. You can rent parasols and loungers and the price is fairly reasonable. Everyone is mega friendly and we had no problems leaving our belongings on the beach, maybe we were lucky but it just felt safe.

There's a bar on the beach with outdoor seating, can't remember what is was called unfortunately but I had the best pina colada ever there and the food was pretty good.

We then drove over and parked near the shuttle launch, sat whilst he sun went down, had a little nap in the warm breeze, met loads of lovely people and watched the shuttle go up. It was amazing

Miss Vicky's shaved ices are fab she makes all her own syrups which are delicious and very refreshing after a day on the beach! We found her from trip advisor but her little shop is easy to find.
