Thinking of booking a helicopter ride as it's hubby's birthday when we are away, a quick google search takes me to orlandohelitours, the prices seem reasonable, has anyone done one and would recommend? I know theres not a lot to see apart from the theme parks, but just thought it would be a nice surprise! Thanks

We did one with Air Florida Helicopter Charters on I Drive near Pointe Orlando. We opted for a 20 minute flight over SeaWorld, DTD and the perimeter of Disney, Convention Center and Orlando Eye. Apart from getting engaged it was the highlight of the holiday. They also take photos which you can purchase for about $47 plus tax.

My daughter and her boyfriend did there's from here last April on our last morning... we were staying next door so they just nipped round and were one of the first that morning... they got photo package and they bought a memory stick with everything on too... they said they loved it too

Sorry to hijack,

We're looking at orlando helitours too & need a tour that takes 4 passengers. The website seems to contradict which one we'd need to go to.

Any experience? Thanks

We did this last year with Orlando helitours, it was absolutely fantastic! The highlight of my holiday. We did the Disney Spectacular on the Jet Ranger, as there us 4 of us.
It took us over all the Disney theme parks (except MK, no fly zone) blizzard Beach, typhoon lagoon, Caribb Beach resort, Disney springs.

Thanks all for the info! Would also need one for 4, so looks like the jet ranger it is. Didn't know about the no fly zone over MK either so thanks for that!
