My god. So what exactly were my extenuating circumstances that warranted my move? Other than me stating I was unhappy, and it was my honeymoon there is nothing else I have done differently to anyone, yet I've been successful in moving and others haven't. They make it up as they go along I'm so angry for everyone

Also just to add, when they called the woman stated she didn't realise it was my honeymoon, clearly didn't read my email properly because it was on the third line! So I'm at even more of a loss

That's a lie then as Thomas Cook in Luton have been told I'm not holidaying on a building site!

A friend of mine said I had to give the store reasonable time to resolve my complaint before going down the ABTA route, were expecting TC to call this afternoon with an update otherwise the formal complaint goes into ABTA.

I put my ABTA complaint in weeks ago, but sure they would of been in touch with Disney first to see if its resolved, out of courtesy you think they'd still contact the complainant (i.e me) to see if they are happy with the out come!

Well we haven't had a phone call but an email with the attached letter from Thomas Cook.
Looks like it will be a fight through ABTA then! They can't even get the dates right as the demolition started on Feb 22nd!

Dear Customer,
Thanks for booking with us.
We’ve received some important information about your holiday at the Disney’s Coronado Springs.
We understand how important your holiday is and that you book it to meet your needs, so we wanted to tell you about this.
Our team in resort have let us know that work will commence on the 1st May though to May 2018 on a new 15-storey tower within the grounds. This work will be away from guest rooms, however it will be seen on arrival to the resort. Work will not take place before 9am. All facilities remain open. You don’t need to do anything and your holiday will go ahead as planned. We’ll keep checking this work and will let you know if anything changes. If you’re not happy with this update, you can choose a different accommodation and we’ll be happy to make the changes for you. If you’ve booked
through a travel agent just ask them to contact us and we’ll be able to help or if you’ve booked with us directly you can call us on 0844 879 8192. We’ll need to check your choice is available and there might be additional charges if the holiday you’ve chosen is more expensive. If you choose a lower priced holiday then you’ll only pay the reduced cost.
We know how important it is for you to have the most up-to-date information and we’ll do all we can to make sure you still have a fantastic holiday. If there is anything we can do to help, just ask.
