Can I load FairFX whilst renewal in progress

I'm just thinking incase it doesn't arrive could I load up (gives me option) even though says renewal in progress then immediately transfer to my friends and family card as that doesn't expire till Aug. We go next month.

Have you called them to explain your problem. I had to do that a couple years ago, and they sent out within a few days

when i renewed mine a year and a bit ago, the new one arrived in under a week

and yes, i could top the account up in the meantime so that when the card arrived and was activated the funds were all there already

Thanks both of you , yes when I requested the renewal I mentioned that. Also I e mailed them a few weeks ago.
