I just did the same. £1700 more next year. This will be our last trip for a good few years. We are priced out now

I think when the currency was more favorable we all got used to the 'kinder' prices, I haven't been since 2015, if it wasn't the fact I haven't been for so long I would be seriously reconsidering whether I would be returning next year.

Such a shame the price has gone up further when they're already at eye watering prices.

Not sure what exactly has caused the big jump... With Toy Story land and Star Wars land opening maybe they have increased them as they will know a lot of people will book anyway to visit these attractions?

We have gone ahead and booked, just means a lot of saving up until we go!

My 5 nights at CBR last year was £2080 (was £1880 before upgrading) with upgraded dining, that was booked in 2015. Next year it's £2560 for 5 nights with QSDP. So £710 more if we take it on the price with QSDP, £480 more I we take it from what we paid for upgraded dining.

Considering the year in year ticket increase (£100pp since we went in 2016) that takes up a big chunk of that extra money for next year.

I'm in a minority here but I don't think it's that bad. Of course I would like to be paying less, and I have a sneaky suspicion prices might still drop after 6th April.

wow a big price difference for our family of 5, comparing this years price of £2595 to 2018 price of £3305 for 5 nights at CBR, 14 day tickets and upgraded DDP!

I think a 20% increase from last year is to be expected due to Brexit. I can't imagine Disney can afford to take the hit.

Looking at other 2018 threads it seems plenty of people are happy to pay the price. I saw somebody paying £6k just for accommodation and tickets!

We may make up 2% of visitors but we stay the longest hence why Disney provide us with great offers.

I imagine we spend quite a bit too during our 14-21 day

Ours has gone up £672 for the equivalent holiday next year in just hotel cost. We won't be going anymore after this trip anyway. I consider myself lucky going twice in my lifetime but it has almost crippled us trying to save for it. The only saving grace for us is that we only spent £300 between 2a and 2c last time. I detest shopping. :-)

I intend on making it the best holiday yet!

£5155 for BC 8 night stay in 2018, versus the £4100 for same July dates this year. Room rate has increased but the biggest jump is the ticket increases I think.
