3-Night Bahamian Cruise
Has anyone ever done the 3-Night Bahamian Cruise?
If so, what did they think of it? Prices seem reasonable and it is very tempting Tks |

If we had one complaint - it wasn't long enough. We were just getting into the swing of things when we were back at Canaveral and it was all over. We went on the Disney Wonder and she is just one beautiful ship. To be fair we did go Cat 3 (concierge) so we did get extra perks butfrom what we could see everybody had a superb time. As for Castaway Cay, I could have set up a tent and stayed there forever(providing the rum punch bar stayed open -LOL). Weren't over impressed with Nassau - just one big jewellery shop but the trips out to the coral reefs are fascinating.

Simply Fantastic. Food was better than Disney restaurants. Your waitress rotates restaurants with you! Loads to do. Want to go back and do the 7 day, 3 days wasn't long enough. And Castaway Cay... Bliss! Couldn't fault it! Still look at the photos now!

disneycruise.disney.go. Do a dummy booking and you will get an idea of the price. Remember to take off the holiday insurance and transfers if you don't need it this will take quite a bit of the price. We did 3 days - Definately not long enough but just fine for our first cruise. Like Geoffa says you will love everything as the food and service are first class. Lots for the kids in the clubs and the evening shows are fantastic. Nassau was a bit of a let down but we only had a wander around the shops but next time I'd like to try Atlantis resort day tour so that the kids can enjoy themselves at the water park. Castaway Cay is fab. Sand is like icing sugar. if you have a look on the Cruise Board on this forum there is lots of good info there and there is always someone on who can give excellent advice if you have any questions.

I finally booked this a few days back (it was a b'day suprise for 'emilysmum' but I couldn't keep quiet )
Anyway I think knowing about it enhances the buildup . Yes please! We arrive Orlando on the 18th May, but don't go on the cruise until the 4th June. I'd love to hear what you say about it and what you recommend and don't recommend . Thanks! Edited at 06:12 PM. Reason: *spelling* |
