Android Wear Smartwatch

Does anyone know if I would have any issues buying an Android Wear device while I'm in Orlando?
The obvious difference is the plug, but would the charger be OK in the UK assuming I used a plug adaptor... unless its a multi country plug by any chance?
Any other possible issues?

It would surprise me greatly if it weren't charged via a USB cable.

I've the LG G Watch R, purchased it via Amazon Germany.

Was €206 I think so approx £150.

Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazone.es all offer it at different prices.

Due the the exchange rate, euro based Amazon sites might be cheaper depending on the model.
