We did one of those cook your own bbqs in HCMC. It was a disaster as I'd not realised we had to cook our own food and I chose goat and wild boar. Neither of which I knew how long to cook for.

In Hoi An we went to Hai Cafe Restaurant, Bar & Grill for our bbq.

We were a bit like that with the scallops 😂 Thankfully the owner helped us out. We were less adventurous than you were with our meat choices though. I did enjoy how sociable eating at the bbq restaurants felt and the food was so fresh and delicious
