I have taken a note of all your recipes 😊. they all sound great. I reheated the pasta tonight and made meatballs and sauce to go with it.
I can't belive how easy it was to reheat the pasta. thanks everybody much appreciated. |

How do you stop it sticking together when it cools?

Toss it in olive oil before it cools.

Just make sure you rinse it really well in cold water. It's the starch on the pasta that makes it stick.
I often make cold pasta with sweetcorn, tomatoes, cucumber (peppers sometimes) and cooked chicken with sweet chilli sauce. It's great.

Noting that reheated pasta is better for you, lower calorie absorption because of the way the sugars/carbs react and better for your blood sugars. Cold better than 1st time cooked and reheated even better than cold. Enjoy!
