Last day - Morning EMH?
Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone had any experience of doing moring EMH on their last day?
In principle it sounds like a good idea as would be a good chance to see MK on our last day, however I would be concerned of just feeling a bit grotty before our flight home and not having access to a room to get changed! Our flight home isnt until 8pm so wont be leaving for the airport much before 3pm, via ME. If anyone has done this, please let me know how you found it!

When you check in ask if you can apply for a late checkout on your final day, which is usually 1.00pm. It’s not available at the DVC resorts. Then you could have 3+ hours in a park, return to hotel, shower, change and checkout before having a late lunch at the hotel and setting off for the airport.

We’ve never been charged extra for a late checkout, but obviously it depends on availability, and you have to factor in the journey time from the park you want to visit back to the hotel. It helps if the packing is virtually finished before you set off for EMH!

We have never been charged for a late check out. When we have had a late flight we have also booked an extra night so we don't have leave the room until we need to leave for the airport.

Agree with other posters. We try and get mostly packed the day before, request late check out and hit the parks, normally for a character ppo at Crystal Palace if possible! Spend a few hours riding our favourites, then back to hotel and shower and finish packing, then check our bags with bell services and enjoy the resort lounge or food court until DME time.
