Had something similar last week strange as we could access MDE on a different computer
Cleared cache and cookies that seemed to fix it

its been very glitchy this week, try doing it on the webpage. if the app is still giving you trouble, delete it from your phone, reinstall it and log in.

Ive been having loads of problems with MDE this past two weeks! Been booking ADR's each day and multiple problems / glitches with it. Not much more success on the app either, intact it's worse! Have had to ring disney to get issues resolved even they couldn't understand what was happening with it when I explained, and still not showing correctly on MDE. I posted about problems on my ADR day and lots of people having problems too. Hope they get it sorted out soon. Good luck!

Okay...today I cannot login on the web app. It's telling me my account name/password is incorrect. On hold now. pfft.

My app says there�s an error and won�t sign me in and the website says my details are incorrect. I hope this corrects soon as it�s Fastpass day tomorrow!
