Excited about Disney

Research, research research before buying. We researched for months and the. bought when Animal Kingdom was being sold by Disney. Love this resort and the chance to get the value rooms at 11 months sold it for us. Then bought an extended old key west contract from Disney (never stay there but use it to stay at other hotels at seven month mark. This year we booked a 2 bed at Copper Creek with our Old Key West points.)
Now looking for a third contract but this time am seriously looking at resale, so much cheaper especially with the poor exchange rate. We have never regretted buying into DVC as we can do split stays and stay in a variety of lovely hotels for a fraction of the cost of a cash booking even with the annual dues. We recouped our initial outlay quite quickly by staying twice a year and using the cheaper value accommodation points at Animal Kingdom. It does get addictive though you can never have enough! |
