DAS CARD doctors note?
Do you need to get a doctor's note for a DAS card?

you don't (and Cast Members don't have the right to read those notes anyway)
you just need to be able to explain why the DAS would be beneficial to the disabled individual the cast member will then determine if you're eligible or not and if you're eligible, the Cast Member will add the DAS feature to your MDX account. All party members must be present.. you don't get a card. DAS is activated on your MDX and you will access it either with your magic band or with your RFID ticket |

No you do not need a note. You have to explain why you cant queue ie My son has autism so doesn't understand the queue process.
