Anyone used this company?
fidelityresales
Anyone used this company? Seems to be mixed reviews so if a dibber has any information or has bought through them I would appreciate their input! TIA

They are a well known company.
All the main resellers are legit, and have to be certified realtors. It's quite heavily regulated compared to UK.

I know these were in your list but reading reviews they seem to be slow and not answer emails! I couldn’t be doing with that.
Weren’t these Disneys main seller at one point?

Yes they allegedly were.
I used DVCResalemarket who were good, but mostly it comes down to which closing company is used. I'd buy from Fidelity if they had the best price.

They were quite good with emails last night tbf but when I read up about ppls experiences they were slow but it could be the closing company like you say. They also charge $195 admin fee!

We used Fidelity to buy some additional BLT resale points. The points were quite a bit cheaper than on offer through comparable companies. Fidelity were slower and there was the Admin fee to pay though but we had no issues. We've also bought with Timeshare Store, the Tutas and dvcresalemarket. Would recommend them all.

Thank you for this as they do seem to be cheaper. How much slower than the others? I have found the Tutas one very helpful

I do recollect the delay was with the seller signing the contract documentation, once our offer was accepted. We had to wait 10 weeks for the contract to be signed. Fidelity were very quick to respond to requests for updates but I did have to ask for these, so I wasn’t sure how often they were chasing the sellers. We were quite relaxed about the wait as the contracts were stripped until 2019 but not ideal if you were in a rush to get the points.

How frustrating... I don’t think they reply as quick as the others but they do have the best prices so thought perhaps there was something not right but i feel more confident knowing someone has gone through the process
Thank you
