Discounts for missing two days?

We called in at Guest services at MK as we had missed out on the dessert party that was cancelled and were told all enquiries were being dealt with by email. I have the address but haven't had the opportunity to write yet so might be worth it now. Think of it as low priority as still thinking of all the people suffering from the result of Irma. Some of the CM we spoke to still hadn't got power a week after the event. They still had to be happy smiley people to keep us happy. It was good to talk to them. Hopefully we will bump into them next year.

Wow. Universal have given me 4x 5 day 3 park passes for free! Excellent.

I did have to provide copies of the tickets though. I guess they check you did use the park around that time - which is fair enough.

well done same as I received and also had send copies of tickets .The new tickets can only be collected by myself so hoping to upgrade these to annual passes next June

Seems reasonable they want to check you aren't a scammer trying to squeeze compensation out of other people's misfortune. Of course they'd want to see the tickets, they are as trusting of guests as you are of villa owners !
