The only thing immediately jumping out at me is Typhoon Lagoon is planned for the 1st - which is a Saturday. The waterparks tend to be v busy on those days. It might be worthwhile going in the afternoon, or swapping a park day for a Saturday

As for AK - are you planning to stay / go at Night. Seeing Pandora all lit up is spectacular.

Things that are jumping out for me are

All the villa days
Think you would be better doing half days at the parks , you are paying a fortune for tickets and in my opinion should be making more use of them
Eg spend at lea some time at aquatica

You only have one day at MK, and that is at the end of the holiday. As a young kid, I would be desperate to go more often and earlier in the day

I wouldn't bother with wonder works, and would be looking at doing something while OH and son at Tampa bay

With 3 weeks , you should be able to find more time to do the parks. ( though I appreciate you may not wish to - just my take on it )

We are also going for 3 weeks (next week ) we are 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 6). We want to have a mixture of both park and chill out time and I think that's the beauty with going for 3 weeks. You can do a lot more half days and then chill out too.

I agree with what has already been said. I certainly (nevermind the kids) want to get into MK as soon as I can and always make it our last visit on our last day!

If it helps we have the following planned:

- 4 days MK (not all full days, some early starts and some afternoon into the evening)
- 2 days HS plus Star Wars evening
- 2 days AK
- 2 days Epcot
- 1 day Typhoon Lagoon
- 1 day Discovery Cove
- 1 day shopping
- 1 day Celebration, pool time, crazy golf
- 5 days US/Volcano Bay/IOA (staying at HRH)
+ a few spare days to see how we feel

Whatever you do i'm sure you'll have a great time

100% you need more MK. I have to say that I would scratch Typhoon Lagoon. As far as waterparks go I am not sure where the hype comes from for this one and it does get very full on weekends.

Also your shopping say on the 6th could be combined with your last day's visit to Disney Springs as thats pretty much shopping too!

That shopping day is just for me, hubby picked his NFL and i picked a shopping day, he is having the kids at the villa and maybe taking them to mini golf.

im not sure about skipping typhoon lagoon, we have never done disney waterparks and the kids are looking forward to them, we now have 2 days and 1 evening ( from about 3pm) at MK, will that be enough?

2 days and 1 evening should be enough but do make sure to plan the time there well! I find that MK needs a bit more work planning so you dont have to keep walking from one land to another! Try to group the rides by land and set an alarm for when fastpasses are open to book!

Although it’s not clear the way you have typed out, you have 6 main park days on the trot 24th to 29th . Also two TL days yet none at aquatica, which I presume is inc in your seaworld combo ticket
To get round this I would do 27Th -TL, 28th MK , 4th AQ, 7th SW
I prefer my Epcot days to be both 1/2FW, 1/2 WS to make both days half rides half sights and to help with planned by fast passes better
I suspect your spare day at the end will end up being half AK, half MK if your other days go as planned
