I could easily go to Seaworld for another day, or half day. I think there's a lot to see.

Also do you plan on going to Disney Springs, my DD loves it there and at night the atmosphere is great with all the live performers.

That's actually a nice itinerary. It's seems so much more relaxed when you can choose to skip a set of parks. Is your hotel the one near Old Town? I found a Comfort Suites Maingate East on Google Maps so not sure. If so I'd definitely walk over there for some evening meal and entertainment.
