Mobile Anyone on WW managed to survive?

So anyone on weight watchers got any tips on how to survive two weeks in Disney?

I know weight is going to go on but I want it to be damage limitation.

Before I had to start using an ecv I never put any weight on at Disney - did so much walking!

The walking really pays off, I made no effort to stick within my points and let myself have the 2 weeks off and only put on 2lbs! I couldn't believe it after the sheer amount of food I had eaten. You've got to let yourself live a little and not worry about it for your holiday

In 16 days, I put on 3lbs, I ate and drank what I wanted
I think all he walking and swimming helped to keep it manageable only issue was I found my sweet tooth and I am craving sweet things since I got back

Not the time for dieting, I am going to try and get a bit extra off before I go to counteract the hot fudge sundaes 🍦🍨🍧😉

Having got to target weight, a year ago, I’m a great believer in not worrying about dieting on holidays etc Holidays like all special occasions are part of normal life. It’s about control before and after. If I wack on weight on holidays then I work at getting it off afterwards.

Go on holiday and enjoy yourself. It’s two weeks you’re not going to be eating those foods for the rest of your life

I'm on WW but didn't stick to it at all for my 2 weeks in Orlando earlier this month. I ate what I wanted, occasionally more than I needed due to the DDP! That being said, I also didn't eat everything that I had thought I would eat or had even hoped to eat as I was often just too full from lunch.

I put on 5lb though (had my weigh in last night) despite all the walking and swimming. I knew I would. I usually put on 4-7lb per holiday, even though I often go jogging whilst away (not this time though). I'm a dress size 16 currently if that helps give you perspective as one person's 5lb is a huge or tiny amount compared to someone else.

I'm disappointed yet at the same time I think it could have been a lot worse and if I had my time over, I'd eat the same things. I'm on holiday = I'll eat what I want and worry about my weight when I get home.

Thanks for all the replies... certainly don’t want to go and count points, but equally didn’t want to let it all go to pop.

I know I feel guilty at home when I snack or eat too many points, just wondered how it will be there.
