Wetwipes are a must, especially with sticky/melt-y snacks! Also an autograph book if your son would like to meet the characters and get signatures!

Wet wipes are currently my best friend how could I forget them! Good shout in the hand sanitiser too! And the autograph book - we’ve never done that before so slipped my mind!

I had a childhood where my Mum would bring so much to anything we did (she still packs a box of cereal bars and water for a 30 minute car journey) that I have gone the opposite way. Phone, Magic Band and Car Key... that’s it for us.

Hand cream, I rarely use it here but I found the water really dried my skin.

We stupidly figured we would be okay without wet wipes for our 5 & 7 year olds but seriously underestimated the amount of mess you can make with a melty mickey mouse ice cream and swiftly purchased some for the rest of the trip!

Painkillers, stomach medicine, plasters, tissues, hand sanitiser as standard. Hair tie, sunglasses. And of course, phone!

I just take a very small purse that's big enough to hold a credit card and some cash.

No stop and search then either.

Sunscreen, money, drinks, cooling towels, wipes, snacks and without fail change of clothes. I took my 3 1/2 yr old last year for the first time and on her first visit to the toilet the automatic flush triggered - that was it she point blank refused to use the toilet resulting in her wetting herself I ended up with handwashed pants/shorts hanging off the pushchair to dry. Fingers crossed this year she will be OK as we have decided to try putting plasters over the sensor to stop the flush so I will have plenty of those in my bag too
