Norwegian Fjords Cruise
Hi all,
Has anyone done a Norwegian fjords cruise with young children. Were considering doing the cruise on the magic next summer and we know there's plenty onboard for them as this would be our third DCL trip but just wondering about the ports? Kids will 5 and 2 Thanks 😀

I have done Norway a couple of times, most ports offer something family related - depends on where you are stopping? In Olden you can visit Briksdal glacier, and your kids would enjoy the troll car option (green truck thingy that saves their legs tiring) In Skolden you can visit Llama farm and feed the Lllamas. In Bergen there is the Floybann that goes up to the top of the city, and here are parks, play areas and a giant troll to play around. If you let me know your itinerary can help further. My trip report is below too. Norway is stunning, waterfalls everywhere and such lovely water/fresh air. A cruise is a wonderful way to see it.

My sister too her two on a Fjords cruise last summer - they were 2 1/2 and 1.
They also took the MIL with them. They all had a great time and she said it was a very easy holiday with them - they had an inside and a sea view. No balcony as the eldest is a nightmare at running off and doing his own thing Katie x |
