DVC - Two Resorts

It’s probably been asked before but it’s our first DVC stay this year - AKL then the Poly.

How do people move there stuff between resorts?

Can Disney do this or is it an Uber?

Cheers

Yes Disney will transfer it and if you have anything from the fridge let them know which package and they will also store that, keep it cool and then deliver to your new room when you are ready for it.

We just booked a time for bell services to collect it the day before we were moving. So efficient.

Following this as doing the same soon.

When I ring bell services what do you ask for? Do you need to give a room number for the new hotel or do they just find you?

Just say you need the bags moving to whatever the new resort is. You’re unlikely to have a room number at that point. They will find it, they arrange for the bags to be sent to your room when you check in at the new resort.

We just head to the Bell Services desk when we're checking out and tell them which resort we want our bags transferred to. They give you a bar code for your bags. We head off to the park then from there we head straight to our new resort, check in and when in our room call Bell Services and ask them to bring our luggage up. They're amazing!
