Do you mean on normal days or during party hours? There are restrictions for party costumes (no masks, no weapons, nothing that looks like the cast of Horror Nights at Universal basically ) but there is still plenty of room for elaborate adult costumes. If you go as a Disney character, you’re not allowed to sign autographs or pretend you are cast, basically, but we’ve worn and seen lots of elaborate, big effort costumes on adults as well as kids. I wouldn’t shy away if cosplay is your thing!

As for 4 or 7 for costumes, we were in costume around 6 without problem, but I wouldn’t take that as gospel as we’ve only gone in early once.

I definitely saw an entire family dressed up as crayola crayons all day last October 😂

Thanks everyone. Our costumes are more cosplay rather than "full" costumes but we've decided we'll play it safe and put our costumes in a locker and get changed later in the day

Waiting impatiently for our 9th visit 30/07/18. 5 nights Port Orleans Riverside, then 18 nights in a villa with a night at Universal to get the Express Passes!
