Brazilian Blow dry - how soon after colour?
Hi. Think I’ve messed up my hair appointments! I only have one week between them - colour first then Brazilian blow dry. Is this enough? I’ve been told there has to be two weeks after the colour before I can get the Brazilian blow dry. Can someone advise if this is right? Thanks 😊

I have been doing both for years and have never consciously had any gap inbetween or even heard that. I have definitely done them close together on some occasions.

My mind is perplexed when I think to what most guys think when a Brazilian is talked about where women are concerned

I’ve had a few Keratin treatments (not sure if the BBD is different) and it really strips the colour from my hair. I always get the Keratin done then my colour two weeks after for this reason.

I’ve used three different hairdressers for the global Keratin treatment and they all advised colour two weeks after. Every time I get mine done my hair is noticeably lighter than it was before.
I’m no expert, just a naturally going grey frizzbomb but I’d never pay £60 for my colour before my Keratin just in case... |

My hairdresser won't even contemplate doing a Keratin a week after a colour, she has a minimum of 14 days. Even then I do find it lifts my colour slightly.
