Cheeky trip in 3 weeks
So I *may* have just booked a cheeky trip for me and my 2 kids in 3 weeks, staying at the HNY for 2 nights! We are going by eurostar, which is VERY exciting, as in all my trips, we have only ever driven down.
we have the free HB meal plan, and the breakfast... bleugh to the omelette burger! I may end up upgrading at the hotel if possible, although have just read another Dibber's post about grabbing the QS and stashing it for later! What are the current recommendations for the plus dining options? We love Silver Spur, Hunter's Grill and Walt's (pay the difference), but are we missing anywhere that is outstanding at the moment? What about the manhatten? Recommendations greatfully received, I will have to call to book dining tomorrow... (and it's our FP+ day for WDW too!) Happy Magical days!

I'm sure I read somewhere that people have used the counter service breakfast voucher to have room service breakfast at HNY. Maybe someone else can confirm but it maybe another option.

We want to eat in Captain Jack’s and Chez Remy on our next trip - we haven’t eaten in Captain Jack’s since it was Blue Lagoon, but it sounds good. We had booked Chez Remy for lunch on our Christmas trip, but we were still full from a big Inventions breakfast, so we ended up skipping lunch altogether. Definitely want to do those next time.
It doesn’t sound like you’re into buffets, but we really liked Cape Cod earlier this month - lovely food, nice surroundings and great service.

I have read this too. Definitely worth a try.
As far as I'm aware the Manhattan restaurant closed over a year ago. I have seen mentions of it being used for character meals with the Marvel package but I don't know whether you can eat there otherwise. Shame, as it was one of our favourites years ago.
