On hold 40 minutes!

Do you think they've forgotten about me?
I had to phone about DD's flight being cancelled. Called guest services this morning who have extended her stay for an extra day. They said phone member services.
So here I am, got to say they sounded very sceptical. We'll see.

So after 45 minutes on hold I hung up and phoned back. The cm immediately tells me DD cannot stay where guest services said they could.
I think they put me on hold and forgot about me
Now waiting to speak to a manager... on hold.
