Taxi from Premier Inn to virgin upper class wing heathrow

Hi
Plan to stay at premier inn bath road heathrow, then in the morning get a taxi to Virgin Upper Class wing T3.
Would you suggest booking a taxi in advance for 3 adults, 4 large cases and hand luggage? Any taxi firms you could recommend as ideally book in advance and agree a price
Or use uber but concerned cant take all of us in one car!

We priced up Virgin's prices for their driver and from the Hilton Garden Inn T2 & T3 it was £68 so I'd be interested in the replies you get too

Yes Virgin offer chauffeur but quoting £68 for 5 mile journey!
Looking for a cheaper option.

It used to depend on the ticket class used e.g. flying on a J, C or D class Upper Class cash ticket (flexible or semi-flexible).

I think it was proposed for it to be stopped (as a freebie) as a lot of people weren't using it even though they were entitled to it.

We've done this several times. Asked reception to book car on check out, driver has always known how to access upper class wing. We've had the same driver a few times!

The upper class wing us still currently closed. This is the same with the private security Lane also. Perhaps it might fe open by 8th November,m but yiu might want to check closer to your flight.
It used to be you had to provide the cars number to virgin before coming up, but tgat has now stopped, so yes you can Uber up.
At T4 premier inn you could book a car from a stand in the lobby.
