Upgrading 14 Day Ultimate to the Sorcerer Pass from the UK

Hi 👋
I currently have a 14 Day Ultimate Ticket and have been reading about the Annual Sorcerer Pass. It seems unclear about whether this is a blue card perk or open to any DVC member? I called Disney (UK ticketing)but they said I can only upgrade at the Parks, no clarity re Blue/White card holder ( I have a white card) I have looked at the T&C and it doesn’t give me the answer only talks about Florida residents T&C when I log onto Annual tickets I have to log on as DVC inputting my details and it brings up the option to buy
We are due to go in November but wanted to look into this before we travel
can anyone shed any light on this? I haven’t linked my Ultimate pass yet to my Disney App.

DVC are clear that this is a blue card perk. Ticket offices at the parks are reading their instructions and only seeing DVC Member on the checklist and are currently accepting any valid member number.

If you are a white card member do the maths before you go and if it works out try the upgrade at a park ticket office. Hopefully the loophole will still be open.
