Cornwall Cottage for Ł30 for a week

Cottages.com has got a cottage in St Ives for Ł30 for a week for 2 people. I assumed it was an error, but have been checking for the last 3 days and the price is the same. Here is the link if anyone wants a cheap break - looks nice
