My weight loss journey - 14 stone/90kg to lose

Well, I have now lost 1.7 kg this week, so that’s 14kg in total. That almost 31lbs in total. Or two stone 3 lbs.

Keep on going. It's a marathon not a sprint. I know you likely want it to come off quickly but it's better to do it slow and steady so you have more chance of keeping it off. You have done amazing so far, keep doing what you are doing and make small adjustments when you hit plateaus. I've been on my journey for 22 months now and just this week hit my 7st weight loss target. It's been a long journey but I feel I can maintain this lifestyle which is key.
