It’s a smaller but rapidly growing collection of hotels outlets and restaurants Bec. Burlington, Marshall’s Ross Sephora etc plus a new Cheesecake Factory chick fil a and others

Oh how did I miss this? I just saw you refer to being in Orlando at the moment on another thread so thought I had best go and see if there is a dining report.

Anyway I will read up later, I need to go and paint my kitchen now and can’t put it off any longer.

This next place is totally new to us and I suspect many other Brits. It might be a bit marmite as well, don't go expecting big juicy quarter/half pound burgers they specialise in small thin sliders but they do a good job of them IMHO.

This is White Castle. - whitecastle/menu

We thought it was cheap cheerful and really good. Yes, it’s plastic cheese, unhealthily seasoned and processed to death but it tasted great.

As we left there we’re about 30 people in the line and a similar number of cars in the drive through so they’re doing something right.

Interesting on White Castle, I thought they were only around New York. Wanted to try them since the beastie boys namechecked them multiple times on Licensed to Ill back in the day

You can’t beat plastic cheese on a burger strangely enough. I make my smashburgers at home only using Lidl plastic cheese as nothing else tastes the same. Strange one that.

Really great to read your report Dr JJ. I often refer back to your trippies if I want to check on a restaurant to see if I fancy it.
We should be in the contemporary in 3 weeks, the rooms look fantastic. My dh can’t wait to stay in them.
