For those onsite without a car, we found it a bit pointless really. You can’t take luggage on the bus so we had to get a taxi. It didn’t open till 8.30 and then once done we had no direct way to get to a park. And we had to come back to our resort later for the Magic Express anyway.

On our second visit we checked out early, left luggage with bell services and were in MK for 8.30 which was a much better use of time.

Oh it absolutely would be easier than Disney springs but as someone who is doing Disney then universal and hiring a car for the second week, it just means lugging the luggage from the car to check in, not a major issue, but had a final day planned of brunch shopping and easier drive and check in, hey ho

Just can’t wait to (hopefully) go, covid tests permitting

We always Uber to Disney Springs check in,it's just great to be rid of the cases first thing and then have a chilled day of last minute shopping and eating at Disney Springs, and not be in any rush to get to the airport.I really hope they start up again soon.

Keep an eye on it,I'm still seeing posts from people on other forums saying they've been told it will start again soon.

Normally that’s what we do (although we always have a car so would drive to the airport) but this year the car is going to be too small for 4 adults and “going home” luggage. We could pay for Mears Connect for 2 of the party but I think DS check in will work better for us this time.
