Mashed potatoes

Sweet potato casserole
Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon
Green beans
Mac and Cheese

Dinner all done here... I did garlic and rosemary chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, dinner rolls with cinnamon butter, sprouts with bacon, and garlic butter brocolli. And then apple pie for dessert. I am now in a food coma on the sofa watching a Harry potter film... A good day 🙂

That all looks amazing! I’m not surprised you need a rest on the sofa. Apple Pie for dessert sounds like the perfect ending to your dinner.

Happy Thanksgiving y’all. Everything looks fabulous I wish I was eating it... I noticed Aldi had Pecans in the baking section I think they were £1.69 but the bag was quite small, they had thanksgiving cupcakes in too.
I’m not in a cooking mood so will just live through all your wonderful photos!

All your meals look fab. I'm definitely going to have to whisk the mash after Michelle's review.

That pie looks so tasty wismgari, plus the pancakes were a great start to the day.

I'm very excited for Saturday when we have our meal. I reckon my breakfast will be along the same lines as Michelle, some tasting of food I'm making and the scraps that don't fit in the pans or dishes.

Ok, so we have finally eaten and I think I need a nap! We had Butter and sage basted Turkey, sausage, herb and french bread stuffing, 4 cheese Mac n cheese, whipped potatoes, jalapeño corn pudding, brown butter and bourbon sweet potato, bacon wrapped green beans and for dessert we have a nut crumble topped apple pie (I can’t even look at it yet! So full!). Now there was a lot of food and we wrapped some plates up and shared them with our neighbours. They were very thankful. 💝

Abby, I am thankful for this thread and for all the lovely kind Dibbers who have shared ideas and recipes. 💝 I am also thankful tonight for my stretchy pants. 😉🍾🥂
