Mobile Can't check in for flight home tomorrow - says we don't have an e ticket!

I've been trying to check in online for our flight from MCO to Manchester (6.30pm Virgin flight). It won't let any of us (2 adults 2 kids) check in and state we don't have e tickets and to 'check with agent' which I don't know what that means? At the airport?
These flights were booked in September 2016 using our VA airmiles. Seats were reserved and I can see we still have those seats. Any ideas?

Hi, has your times change d at all since booking? If so it might just be a simple matter of the ticket needs changing. I had this before and it was sorted out very quickly

No - it's still the same. I can see in the va app our seats (still the same 4 PE seats). It says check in online now but when I click on any of us it says no e ticket. Weird. Will send a quick email but sort at airport I guess.

I had this back on the 20th Aug when we came out. I had upgraded us all to UC but they never sent the e tickets. The desk clerk at LGW sorted it. I wasn't concerned as I could see our booking and seats.

Yes I can see our booking / seats on the app and when I log in via website.

I just checked in for the same flight tomorrow and it worked for us so it's not a glitch with the site I'm afraid. Hope all sorted easily for you.
Just been out to watch the Lightning we are having here. Very impressive!

Don't worry,I'm pretty sure they'll sort it at the airport. Just a pain until you get it done! We saw that weather too. Thankfully, we just got back from Miami. Have a safe journey home
