That’s not good and certainly makes me wonder whether to even try speaking to them! My original account seems to have righted itself at least.

Overall it’s a bit of a mess. My parents transferred points to us for a holiday this month which was cancelled. The transferred points remain on my account but aren’t easily accessible. My Mum called MS and made a booking using some of the points, quoting my contract number. The points have been used as she requested but the vacation is listed in her dashboard. That’s not an issue, but it’s just so mixed up. So we were trying to avoid transfers and confusion going forward with us all being on each other’s contracts.

The advice from Disney was to make a booking on one membership and another on the second membership, then call up to merge the two bookings. However that doesn’t give us as much flexibility in how we allocate points to the booking. Really frustrating.
