Lancaster - nice roast meal

Does anyone live near Lancaster and can recommend somewhere for a nice Sunday roast.

Thought we would take our daughter who is at the university there for a nice meal on Sunday.

Try the Mill at Conder Green not had the Sunday roast there but the normal menu is really good. Lovely setting as well.

The Wagon and Horses is on my list next visit to Lancaster - have family there.

Quite simply french is the best. Closely followed by the borough I would say. If you’re ever wanting brunch The Quarterhouse is fabulous. We live 2 minutes from the uni. It’s a lovely place to live.

my daughter went to Lancaster, we loved Barton Grange, cafe and restaurant are both lovely the garden shop has some great food and you can go the movies. Just down the road from uni but i think you do need a car, we still go back for the odd day out now
