London Food

We are visiting London this weekend for a few shows but looking for some food suggestions for the following please:

Quick meal around Drury Lane theatre. We are seeing Frozen at 7 but also seeing a matinee of &Juliet before.

Breakfast recommendations around Euston station

We have Hawksmoor booked on Saturday night as we are seeing Matilda and it’s right by the theatre. Hopefully it’s enough time as we are seeing Dear Evan Hansen before. Never been before, any feedback on this?

Thank you!

We are also going this weekend
You can’t beat a spoons breakfast and there are plenty in central London .
Depends on your budget and food tastes as well . Borough market do great food , loads of greene king and weatherspoons , lots of chains like Bella Italia ( deal on groupon ) .

We’re regulars at Hawksmoor (Knightsbridge or Regent St) and it’s a great steak place.
If there in time for their set menu, it’s a great deal.
Service is always spot-on; casual (wait staff in jeans, sneakers, T’s) but superb, friendly & knowledgable staff.
Our go to place for a steak dinner and their Sunday Roast (beef, of course) is yum 😋😋

Always a spoons breakfast available if needed. Was just thinking if there was any bakeries around Euston. I know could probably get some pastries at the Sainsburys though.

All of The Ivy Cafes/Brasseries (Various locations across London) do a good cooked breakfast if that is what you are also looking for.

We had breakfast here yesterday. It was very nice. Just casual but we enjoyed it.

We ate in the Hawksmoor in Knightsbridge before seeing Mary Poppins two weeks ago. We had the pre theatre menu…. The food and service were both brilliant. I had the potted beef to start…. It was to die for!
