Pretty pleased with my 2 home resorts, we seem to get pretty lucky with dues increases.

I’d have hoped Riviera would have come down like Copper Creek did the year after it was built, but it’s staying very high. Only thing I can think of is Skyliner cost loaded onto it. Small footprint, small lobby, new property should be cheap to maintain.

Disappointed that one of the largest percentage increases was again at Vero Beach, the most costliest resort for dues, increased by 6.32% to an eyewatering $11.9405 per point.
