DLP express luggage

Booked Eurostar and planning to book magic express for luggage transfer. Can anyone tell me if cases should be locked since they'll be out of our possession? Is the luggage service safe and efficient. How late is the luggage room open until? Want to head straight to park on arrival but do we need to be at hotel by a certain time to pick up luggage?

We've never locked our cases and never had an issue at all, i feel very safe using the service. The luggage room is open until late, I think maybe 11pm/Midnight.

Where are you staying?

It is only personal preference but I always like to go to our hotel first. That way, when it is late and dark and I�m tired and frazzled, I know exactly where I am going, I know everything is fine with the room, I�ve organised a kettle from reception and I can just fall into bed.
