'Fast Track' at immigration

Morning,

We have been once this year to Disney and we are now heading back for Christmas. My question is- will it be okay for us to scoot down the fast track queue bit? If I remember rightly it just says 'US citizens?' I can't remember entirely and hence why I wanted the clarification! I just don't want to wait until you get to the scrum of people trying to catch the officers attention before him asking if we have visited in the last few years!

You will stand in the queue for immigration with everyone else and an official will direct you to the 'fast track' kiosks as you have visited the USA recently. They work really well too.

We also waited longer. It was so badly organised at MCO when we arrived in August. We were most of the way through a very long queue and a stroppy staff member directed us to the auto kiosks and people behind us were seen long before us.

The stroppy woman was picking some people from the back of the queue to go to the auto kiosk and others like us from nearer the front, so she lacked any sense of fairness or common sense.

We have used Tampa the past 5 or 6 years in a row, and if it wasnt for the price it would be Tampa every time.

We where in the normal queue but then told to fast track, this was last August we hadn't been for 2 yrs, It was quicker as officials on hand to help

You don't get a choice, you can only use the machines if you are told to. We were near the front of the queue last year and people way behind us were being invited to use the machines... makes no sense really!
