August indirect prices

Paid £2063 with United from Heathrow via Newark both ways for Myself, wife, son 19 and daughter 17 14th August till 31st August.

Then got car hire from virgin for £577. Standard SUV with full insurance, so £2640 in total.

Very happy with that.

Checked on travel up today direct Lgw to Mco with BA £613.00 good price for direct.

About 2 weeks ago I booked 3 Adults 1 child 2/8/17 - 16/8/17 LHR-PHIL-ORL with BA return £1546 - this includes a £440 AVIOS discount though. I could have booked it as a flydrive for about £600 more but it wouldn't let me use my AVIOS points for that.
I got a Skyscanner alert today & my flights have gone & the next cheapest is £300+
